Do I pay per client?
No. Your plan covers you, with as many clients as you like.
Can my assistant use my account?
Yes. Paid plans include 3 seats, so you and up to two staff each get your own login. Logins can't be shared, and one account covers one business. Unlimited packets means you never ration your own work, not that a whole office shares one plan. See fair use.
What happens when the Tax Season Pass ends?
Your account moves back to Free on May 1. You're never charged again unless you choose a plan, and your files and templates stay put.
Can I get a refund?
Yes, on Yearly plans and the Tax Season Pass. If Corral isn't for you, email us within 30 days of paying for a full refund. Monthly plans can be canceled anytime before the next charge.
Can I switch plans?

What if I hit a storage limit?
