Corral Document Alerts are texts about documents a professional asked you for, such as your real estate agent, property manager, loan officer, or tax preparer. We text you only after you sign up for texts yourself on your Corral upload page. We never text a number someone else typed in, and we never send marketing texts.
You may receive:
- A text confirming you signed up
- Your upload link
- One-time codes to open your checklist
- Reminders that name the documents still missing
- Confirmations when your documents are received or one is sent back
Corral account holders who turn on text alerts the same way, with an unchecked box in their account settings, may also receive sign-in codes and alerts about their own requests.
Every text starts with “Corral:” so you know who it’s from.
How often
Message frequency varies by request. Reminders go out no more than once a day for a request, only during daytime hours, and stop as soon as every document is in.
Costs
Message and data rates may apply. Corral never charges you for texts.
How to stop
Reply STOP to any message to stop all texts from Corral. You'll get one final text confirming you've opted out:
Corral: You're unsubscribed and won't get more texts. Reply START to resubscribe.
You can still finish any request using the link in your email.

Reply HELP to any message, email hello@corraldocs.com, or call (949) 614-5207. You'll get this reply:
Corral: Help with document requests: hello@corraldocs.com. Msg & data rates may apply. Reply STOP to cancel texts.
Consent
You opt in by checking an unchecked box and entering your mobile number on your Corral upload page. Your first text confirms it:
Corral: You're signed up for Corral Document Alerts about your request from Jordan Lee. Msg freq varies. Msg & data rates may apply. Consent isn't a condition of purchase. Reply HELP for help, STOP to cancel.
